Practical advice, a few misses
I was hoping for a real game-changer, and while some of the advice was helpful and practical, I found several suggestions to be unrealistic for my lifestyle. The section on mindfulness was good, and I've already started incorporating some of those techniques. However, the chapter on drastically altering my diet felt a bit preachy and lacked flexibility for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, it's a decent resource with some useful ideas, but don't expect a complete life overhaul. There are a few gems hidden within, but it's not a magic bullet.
