Overly simplistic and unhelpful advice
I was really hoping for some groundbreaking strategies, but this was just a collection of common sense platitudes. Things like "set realistic goals" and "reward yourself" are hardly revolutionary. The advice felt incredibly generic and didn't offer any new perspectives or actionable steps for actually changing ingrained behaviors. I felt like I wasted my money on something I could have easily found for free online. It lacked depth and practical application. Disappointing.

I appreciate your feedback and I'm sorry to hear the book didn't meet your expectations. You're right that some of the concepts, like setting realistic goals and self-reward, are fundamental to behavioral change. However, the book aimed to provide a foundational framework, building upon these core principles with practical exercises and strategies to make them actionable in daily life. Perhaps I could have better highlighted those specific techniques. I value your input and will consider how to better communicate the book's unique approach and deliver more tangible, advanced strategies in future works. Thank you for your honest review.
