This ebook offered some genuinely helpful tips for boosting motivation. The sections on breaking down large tasks and using positive self-talk were particularly useful and I've already started incorporating those strategies into my daily routine. However, some of the suggested goals felt a bit unrealistic, especially for someone just starting out on a self-improvement journey. It would have benefited from more emphasis on gradual progress rather than aiming for dramatic overnight changes. Overall, a decent resource but not a magic bullet.
