Helpful tips, a few misses but overall good
I found this ebook helpful overall. Many of the tips were practical and things I could easily implement into my daily routine. A few suggestions felt a bit generic or things I'd already tried without success, but that's to be expected. The sections on goal setting and breaking down large tasks were particularly useful. It's not a magic bullet, but it definitely gave me some new perspectives and strategies to work with. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a boost in self-motivation.
